If you can’t come to the park, we can come to your classroom. Education in Your Classroom programming covers a variety of topics and grade levels. And is designed to meet specific curriculum outcomes aligned with the Nova Scotia Department of Education.
Bookings must be between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and we travel within a 100 km radius of the Shubenacadie Wildlife Park. The cost of one 2-hour Education in Your Classroom booking is $150.00.
Each Education in Your Classroom booking grants one or two classes access to a program, with up to three program bookings available each day. You can see our availability and book online here.

Learners will have an interactive show-and-tell of various skulls, tracks, scat, pelts, and taxidermy, focusing on native wetland species. They will then transform into detectives to solve a mystery using clues like tracks, scat, and other wildlife-themed props, to identify the wetland species involved! curriculum links!
